Plamenka Kuna Renard
A graduate of the Sorbonne University – Paris I in economic affairs law and the University of Nanterre-Paris X in Russian law, Plamenka also holds a Master II from the Sorbonne IAE in Corporate Finance.
Member of the Paris Bar since 2007, Plamenka practices in business law, mainly in corporate law, commercial law, civil and financial law. She advises companies at all stages of their lives: creation, structuring, governance, growth and development, financing and divestment.
She has worked on behalf of groups of multinational companies and SMEs working in the real estate, consulting, financial leasing, investment, IT and renewable energy sectors.
Marc holds a DEA in Business Law Option Taxation (University of Paris I – Pantheon Sorbonne), He is a graduate of the Institute of Public Law of Business (IDPA). He is also a graduate of ESCP Europe – Executive Master in Financial and Fiscal Engineering. Member of the Paris Bar since 1993 he is also managing partner of the SELARL VAE SOLI.
He has developed extensive experience in litigation cases in which he implements negotiation strategies or judicial strategies in both application and defence.
He has a particular know-how in conflicts between partners or shareholders.
Its activity also covers the main social issues of companies, whether in terms of individual or collective labour relations, upstream and downstream of disputes to which they may be exposed.
He also assists large groups as well as SMEs in the development of their international mobility policy. He has a solid experience of setting up French subsidiaries of foreign companies and supporting companies wishing to establish themselves abroad.
François-René is a graduate of the University PARIS PANTHEON – ASSAS in Business law and holds an LLM in European Intellectual Property Law from Stockholm University.
Member of the Paris Bar since 2006, François-René has been advising creators, innovators and entrepreneurs in the following areas:
- Digital law (GDPR compliance, DPO, e-commerce, e-reputation);
Enforcing IPR (trademarks and copyrights) in a digital environment (legal advisory and litigation, civil and criminal), Notice and take down),
- Trademark law (INPI and EUIPO registration procedure: filing and opposition, nullity and revocation litigation, drafting of license agreements);
- Literary and musical publishing law, audiovisual and phonographic production (drafting of publishing, production and licensing contracts);
François-René regularly provides training on the Protection of personal data. He is a member of the Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques – APRAM and the Association Française des Correspondants à la Protection des Données à Caractère Personnel – AFCDP.
